Looking for an alternative to traditional college training? Apprentices can benefit from professional, hands-on training in a salon environment in Uckfield, Sussex, with free transportation provided.
Partners 4 Training is a Specialised Training Academy in Uckfield, Sussex, for Apprentices who want to study in Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy and Barbering. We have been Successfully Providing Training since 2003.
We offer High Quality Training from Lecturers working within the Industry plus Small Classes with the latest IT Technology available and Monthly Assessor visits to your Salon.
We are dedicated to offering a Modern and Professional Salon Environment where Students come One Day per Week for Training with Lecturers who keep their own skills up to date (Currently Working in the Industry as well as in the Role of a Professional Lecturer). Many of our Tutors were previously students who felt that College Courses did not really give them the experience they required to work within the Salon Industry.
We are not like the usual College Courses; it is a Disciplined and ’Real’ Salon Environment staffed by Professional Hairdressers, Beauticians & Barbers. Unlike traditional college courses, we provide a contemporary, hands-on salon experience, with just 10 students per class to ensure a more focused and personalised approach to learning.
Along with the other apprentices, students will learn Tricks of the Trade, Time Management, People Skills and Teamwork, not just the Practical Skills and Techniques.
We operate between Mondays to Thursdays every Week. We are not open on Fridays.
We run our Courses between Mondays to Thursdays which Students will attend One Day per Week alongside their regular Apprenticeship position in a Salon. The Skills gained here will give you much more Confidence and Inspiration in Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy and Barbering.
We have Free Transport supplied from the various locations including Eastbourne, Hastings, Bexhill and Tunbridge Wells areas. We are always happy to talk to Salons who are interested in what we provide here or potential New Students for Hair Care, Beauty Therapy & Barbering.
