Our 1-day Gel Manicure course, taking place on the 4th June, is designed for beginners or existing beauty professionals looking to expand their skills in modern gel manicure techniques.
This course provides all the essential knowledge and practical training needed to safely and confidently offer gel manicure services.
You will have to provide and arrange your own model to arrive for you to practice on.
What you will learn:
Health and safety- Professional salon standards,infection control and safe practices.
Nail anatomy and contra-indications- Structure of the nail and common conditions
Natural nail preparation- techniques for long lasting results, filing, cuticle work and nail shaping.
Gel application techniques- Step-by-step demonstration on application of base, colour and top coat.
UV/LED Lamp use- Correct curing times and equipment safety.
Finishing and aftercare- Perfecting the final look, product removal techniques and advising clients on at-home care.
Buisness and treatment tips- Pricing guidance, client consuntation and how to build a strong , professional manicure service.
On completion of this course, you will receive a certificate of attendance.
