Allison brings over 40 years of experience within the hair and beauty industry as a fully qualified lecturer, Internal quality assurer (IQA) and Level 3 hairdresser and beauty therapist. Allison specialises in delivering and assessing vocational training in hairdressing, beauty therapy and barbering. Allison is passionate about maintaining high standards in education and ensuring students receive the skills and support they need to succeed in their careers.

Nina is a fully qualified hairdresser and barber at both level 2 and 3 as well as a fully qualified Internal quality assurer (IQA). Nina has worked at the Partners 4 Training Academy as one of our dedicated lecturers, since 2019 and plays a key role in providing high quality training and supporting students throughout their courses. Nina also works closely with salon owners to ensure strong industry links and a seamless experience for students both in the training and salon workplace.

Lucy is a fully qualified hairdressing, beauty and barbering assessor and lecturer with over 30 years experience in the industry. Lucy helps guide students by assessing in their working salons as well as at the Academy Since joining the team in 2019, Lucy has been committed to supporting learners in developing their practical skills and professional confidence in real working environments.

Holly is our fully qualified beauty lecturer at level 2 and 3 with almost 20 years experience in the industry. her brilliant industry knowledge is reflected in her caring and supportive teaching style. Holly is dedicated to creating a positive learning environment where student can progress in their careers.

Josh has been our office manager since 2019 and plays a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the Academy. With a level 2 and 3 qualification in hairdressing he brings valuable insight into the industry and serves as a key point of contact for employers and students. Josh is known for his approachable manner and commitment to providing efficient, helpful support across all areas of the business.

Sam is one of our highly highly experienced Hairdressing Assessors and Lecturers, qualified at level 2 and 3. Sam prides her self on delivering hands-on, engaging training that meets the high standards required for success in the industry.

Philippa has been a valued member of the team since 2020, working as a hairdressing assessor and lecturer. With a level 2 and 3 Hairdressing qualification and over 25 years of industry experience, she brings a wealth of industry knowledge to her role. Philippa regularly visits salons to carry our assessments and maintain close communication with students, offering guidance and support during their training.

Maizy started as a student at Partners 4 Training in 2018 and has since become a fully qualified Level 3 Hairdresser. Today, she plays a key role behind the scenes, managing administration, marketing, and social media for the Academy. With almost nine years of experience in hairdressing, Maizy brings a wealth of industry knowledge and creativity to everything she does.
