Meet Our Team

Allison is the company Director and is Fully qualified level 2 and 3 in Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy and Barbering. She is a Lecturer and Assessor with a wealth of knowledge. With over 30 years of experience.

Fully qualified Hairdresser and barber at both level 2 and 3, Nina is one of our Lecturers and Assessors with a passion for teaching, she will liaise with salon owners and support students through their course. Nina has been with us since 2019.

Lucy is our fully qualified level 2 and 3 hairdressing lecturer and assessor. who teaches at the Academy and provides in-salon assessing. She is qualified in Barbering level 2 and 3 and has been with us since 2019.

Holly is one of our beauty therapy lecturers, qualified at level 2 and 3, with over 15 years teaching experience.

Josh has been our office manager since 2019 and is Hairdressing level 2 qualified therefore is a key point of contact for employers and students alike.

Sam is one of our fully qualified Hairdressing lecturers and assessors, she is also a qualified level 2 and 3 hairdresser.

Philippa has been one of our Hairdressing assessors since 2020, visiting salons and liaising with students during their assessments. She is also a level 3 qualified Hairdresser with over 25 years of experience in the industry.
